The Family Plan is designed to help all participants in the family work together consciously as a cohesive unit. Since we are all part of the whole, we are only as strong as our weakest link, and when those we love are suffering, it tends to take a toll on the entire family. This is a safe and secure environment to help all individuals in the family feel seen and heard, and bridge the communication gap between you and your loved ones. Your family members can rotate sessions individually or come in together as a family, couple, or conscious parent/child session.
