How do you find the balance?

You have to listen to yourself...

Trust your intuition
One of the best ways to find balance in your life is to trust your inner guidance. Your body sends you messages throughout the day telling you certain things: whether it's a hunch, a gut feeling, or butterflies, we can trust our bodies to deliver messages right on time. But how do you execute your inner most desires? Take action! Move quickly if you are in a vulnerable state, start dancing if you feel the urge to do so, cry uncontrollably to release all the pain and anger that is present, let go and surrender. As feelings and emotions come to the surface, it's best to let them come out so that you can process what has happened and move on. And, of course, there is a space and time for these things to take place, but finding the balance between every day life and the roller coasters we are on can be challenging. Listen to yourself and do what is necessary in the moment to create the balance you need in life. Sometimes the simple act of taking a walk can get you out of your head or out of an unstable environment.

Here are 10 tips to balance your life better: 1. Turn it off. Everything. Just do it. 2. Just say 'no.' Saying this helps you say 'yes' to yourself. 3. Take care of your health. This actually should be number 1. 4. Minimize toxins- people, places, things. This one step changes everything. 5. Spend more time alone. This is how you figure out what you really need and want. 6. Set aside quality time with the people you love. Relationships matter. 7. Treat yourself! Do something special just for you. 8. Explore the world. Get out there and discover something! 9. Expand your awareness. Learn something new everyday. 10. Have fun! You are here to simply enjoy your life.
